Sometimes a person needs a little help—not a handout but a loan. To get through a bad time. To make a payment on t
he mortgage. To cover tuition. To help bring a baby into the world.
When there’s nowhere else to turn, it may take a friend to step in. Because that’s what friends do.
An annual contribution to Friends will say that you believe one person can make a difference…a difference in the lives of people you will never meet but who will be forever grateful to an unknown friend.
The Friends campaign is a giving program that will help the agency meet its operational needs, freeing up more funds for interest-free loans.
A recognition program is in place for annual gifts of $100 or more with an acknowledgement in The Detroit Jewish News.
